We take pride in knowing we take every precaution we can to ensure
our food is prepared in a safe and clean environment, we were
absolutely delighted when the product “Skin Shield” was introduced
to the marketplace. In addition to the precautionary steps we already
had in place in our food handling procedures, the product provided
our restaurant staff with a vehicle that helps prevent the
cross-contamination of bacteria (additionally, its properties also
help to act as a general hand lotion).
The cross-contamination area of food safety was and still is a major
area of concern for Health Boards, and when asked what measure
